Order Processing Time: Orders are processed for shipment within 2–3 business days, subject to stock availability. Transit times listed on our website are in addition to this order processing time.

Shipping Location:
LetPot Ships to most countries in Europe and America, however, there are still some areas that we can NOT deliver.

• Remote areas and countries that our product cannot reach.
• P.O. Box deliveries will not be accepted at this time. If you enter a P.O. Box into the shipping address, there is highly likely your order will be returned as undeliverable.
• APO/FPO/AE address - We can no longer accept orders shipping to Military addresses, like Puerto Rico or Guam.
• Free shipping is available on orders over $29, with exceptions for certain heavy or oversized products and select destinations. To keep product prices competitive, any applicable shipping surcharges are calculated separately and clearly displayed at checkout. Additional charges may also apply due to extraordinary circumstances, such as major transportation disruptions, conflict, or sanctions affecting delivery routes.

• For returns not related to product quality issues, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Products purchased through authorized distributors, retail partners, or third-party websites are subject to their respective return and refund policies. We are unable to process refund requests for purchases made outside of the official LetPot website.
